Information Needed for Refunds

For the fastest service, please include your order confirmation email or order number. This will help us locate your purchase quickly.

If you don’t have the order confirmation details, we’ll still do our best to locate your purchase, though we may need additional information to assist you efficiently.

Please provide the following information in your email:

• Full Name.
• Email Address.
• Phone Number.
• Company Name (if applicable).
• Date of Purchase.
• Order Confirmation Number or a copy of the order confirmation email from All Tech Creations.
• Reason for Requesting the Refund.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you if it’s approved. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to reflect the funds.

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us at support@alltechcreations.com.

Note: A transaction fee will be deducted from the original amount when processing your refund.
